Byron is a one-of-a-kind person that has vision, creativity, and drive pouring out of every cell. He started as a sound, video and graphics kid in DC “back in the day” and founded DFV (along with two other companies) enabling him to take his passions to the next level. Of his many mottos, we like the “always over deliver” the best. Not sure that he’s ever worked with anyone that hasn't become a repeat client.

 Glenn is as creative an artist and musician as he is a savvy technical editor. Banking 25 years as a video editor is why his work comes out so incredibly polished, beautiful, and fast! He delivers on world class motion graphics, animation, and editing - every. single. time. And he's one of the kindest, most humble guys you’ll ever meet.

Jeff’s extensive background in videography and music production has always kept him obsessed with the latest media trends and workflows.  Combined with his passion for unique marketing strategies, he’s been able to turn “pretty pictures” into “branded assets” that are intentionally and authentically crafted to reach a target audience.

Producer, Project Manager, Scripts, Business Development

Cat brings her decades of experience in project management, client communication, event planning, and video production to every job. She is 100% client focused and naturally integrates into a client’s team as an internal advocate handling production plans, talent sourcing, locations, schedules, and workflow. Her efforts help guarantee that the final product delivered is on budget, on time, and on track with client vision. And she’s no fun at all.

Editor, Videographer

Cameron is a Colorado native with 12 years of experience in videography and video editing. From humble beginnings creating the 8th grade graduation slideshow, to an established career with experience creating music videos, documentaries, emmy-award winning television programs, and more. Cameron lives in a truck camper, perpetually on the road.

With 30+ years in the business, and the experiences and hardware to prove it, Jon relishes the opportunity to craft stories and visuals that make an impact.  If he's not in the edit, he's probably running or riding, and then returning to the edit with a fresh perspective.

Cable and Rail Cam, Robotics and RF

Jesse’s knowledge of rigging, robotics, and RF makes for the perfect cinematic storm. High angle cable cams, broadcast-quality rail cams, and sliders are his specialty. Adding that to his deep roots in creative direction and videography makes him a key player in any role, on any project. 

Owner and Accounts Manager

Tracy makes the machine go. Having co-founded the company more than two decades ago, she has filled many roles such as business development, event planning & facilitation, as well as creating & editing content. Now she gets to focus on all fun things administrative, like accounting, paperwork, and correcting everyone’s spelling.
